Ideally you’ll have a background in sales, insurance or telephone work but 4 weeks paid training is provided to all staff.
Needed for the role:
- Able to provide excellent customer service to customers and clients via telephone and email.
- Feel confident advising customers of products and services the company can provide.
- Excel at managing multiple tasks at once and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment.
- Great team player and able to motivate and support colleagues when needed.
- Target driven, a high achiever and have a passion for exceeding expectations.
