Due to continued growth we are looking for an exceptional person to join our team to improve the user experience offered by our websites.
• To make outbound courtesy calls to customers who have contacted us via our websites to
to verify their basic requirements.
• To assist customers who call in from our websites and record their contact details.
• Completing customer review calls to our existing customers and gaining feedback on products.
• Follow up previous enquires.
• Will have confidence to make proactive outbound calls and provide exception service.
• Ability to record accurate details from the calls.
• Previous outbound call centre experience would be advantageous.
• Thursday and Friday 9am – 5.30pm in office in Milford on Sea
• 1 Day Sat or Sun / 10am – 5pm working remotely from home
