Rock are delighted to be working with an expanding Travel Company in the area who due to expansion are looking to grow their team.
The ideal person will need to be proactive, knowledgeable and focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
Full time, including some weekends/ evenings (rota).
Role and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the travel consultants and their customers when required
• Helping the team with general administration duties
• Confirming booking processed by Travel Consultants
• At least one year's experience working within a customer service or call centre environment
• 1 year + administration experience
• Highly motivated with great attention to detail
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills
• IT Literate ( Word and Excel)
• Travel experience would be an advantage, but not necessary. However a keen interest in travel will also be considered.
