Right 2 Manage are a successful and well established property management company. They are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to take financial management control of multiple properties within Dorset & Weymouth. This role will suit somebody with experience within property management however this is not essential. It is however imperative that the successful candidate has experience in using QuickBooks and or SAGE plus other office programs.
Daily responsibilities to include:
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
• Accounting, budgeting, forecasting and credit control
• Preparing end of year summaries for provision to external company accountant
• Payroll duties
• On occasion assisting the property manager and director with admin duties
The role will require you to work unsupervised to deadlines therefore they require somebody with at least 2 years experience in bookkeeping. A full UK driving license is also required as driving may be required upon occasion.
